Restaurant Review: Citrus, Lemon Tree Hotel Last week, we had the pleasure of dining at Citrus, the in-house restaurant of Lemon Tree Hotel, during an informal meeting. What started as an unplanned breakfast turned into a delightful culinary experience that we’ll fondly remember. After realizing we’d skipped breakfast, we decided to try Citrus, and our impromptu choice didn’t disappoint. We began with starters – Chicken and Banana Leaf Fish. The fish, in particular, stood out for its healthy preparation and perfectly balanced flavors. It was tender, aromatic, and cooked just right. Alongside, we enjoyed a platter of fresh cut fruits, including juicy melons and tangy pineapples, which provided a refreshing break. For the main course, we opted for Egg Fried Rice paired with Thai Red Curry. The curry had a slightly sweet profile, which some might find unconventional, but it complemented the fried rice beautifully. The overall balance of flavors made it a satisfying dish. To wrap up our meal, we indulged in a selection of sweets served in small batches. Each dessert was crafted to perfection, a testament to the skill and care of the culinary team. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff and took a moment to thank the Executive Chef, Krishnaiah, for creating such a homely yet sophisticated dining experience. The thoughtful presentation, use of fresh ingredients, and comforting flavors made us feel like we were enjoying a meal “home away from home.” We look forward to returning soon to savor more of their delightful offerings.

The food is authentic and very tasty. The service by.Bikshapathy Yadav is just beyond par. Though he cannot speak he can read your mind and deliver exactly what you’re looking forward to. I believe he has miles to go in his career. If you’re looking for beer and outstanding food, this is a place to go.

It is a delight to enjoy the food in this restaurant. Ambience is good. Neat and elegant. Service is extraordinary. Food is very tasty. I found only idli and Vada are not that good compared to the standard of other dishes!! I am sure everyone eating in this restaurant will remember for a long time!!
